10 Millionaire Habits

There are timeless habits that all millionaires have so that they can have more, do more, share more and to be masters of their own destiny.
While there are a lot more than 10 habits that they need to have before becoming successful millionaires. Here are the top 10
Habit number One: Goals.
Goals give you a clear sense of direction and a blueprint for the future. This is where you take the dreams out of your head and put them down onto paper.
This is were you plan to arrive at a well designed future destination rather than at an un-designed future destination. Goals must be clear, precise and action oriented.
A crucial part of goal setting is to ask yourself why?
For example:
Why do you want that house?
Why do you want that car?
Why do you want that position in the company?
Why do you want that salary?
Once you ask enough whys? the hows get easier!
Habit number Two: Passion.
Whatever you work at, be passionate about it. This is a fundamental secret for financial success.
What do you really love doing? And what do you have a natural talent for? What are your hobbies and interests? Once you have these answers, throw your heart and soul into doing it the best that you possibly can.
All millionaires love the work that they do.
Habit number Three: Excellence.
Commit yourself to excellence in everything that you do.
Set a goal today to be in the top 10% of your professional field.
"Excellence can be obtained if you:
...care more than others think is wise;
...risk more than others think is safe;
...dream more than others think is practical;
...expect more than others think is possible."
Habit number Four: Education.
Dedicate yourself to lifelong education.
Learn as much as you possibly can about your business. Learn the latest news and trends. Remember, the market pays excellent rewards for having excellent knowledge.
"Learning is the beginning of wealth. Learning is the beginning of health. Learning is the beginning of spirituality. Searching and learning is where the miracle process all begins"- Jim Rohn
Habit number Five: Customer service.
Dedicate yourself to always give excellent customer service, as the rewards are in direct proportion to the service that you give to people.
Ask yourself these questions:
What do my customers want?
What do my customers need?
What do my customers value?
What service can I give my customers better than everyone else?
What are my customers buying from others today? And what do I need to do to get them to buy from me?
Habit number Six: Don't believe in failure.
Be prepared for the ups and downs along the way. Millionaires do not believe in failure, they just think of it as not the desired result yet, and that a different plan or strategy is needed.
Habit number Seven: Imagination.
Use your imagination. You have more creative ability than you think. We are at a moment in time when everything is automated for us.
Start using a journal, and start writing down all of your ideas, notes, and to-do lists that you have during your day! Remember to always think on paper! You never know when you could have that eureka moment that could be lost forever to memory, if you do not commit it to paper.
Guess what? Millionaires do not spend most of their free time watching soap operas and reality TV shows. Limit the amount of TV you watch to a bare minimum.
Habit number Eight: Surround themselves by positivity.
Surround yourself with like minded, positive people. 85% of your success in life is going to be determined by the quality of the relationships that you have in your business and personal life.
If you want to be a wealthy person, associate with positive, wealthy people. Associate with people who are optimistic and happy and who are moving forward in their lives. At the same time, try to stay away from negative, critical, complaining people.
Habit number Nine: Back it all up!
Back-up everything that you do with the three qualities of perseverance, willpower and belief. These are the strongest traits that every millionaire has.
To have the courage to persevere in the face of adversity and disappointment, to have the willpower and tenacity to stay at it longer than anyone else, and to have total belief in everything that you do, are the qualities that show the true measure of the belief that you have in yourself and your ability to succeed.
Habit number Ten: Gratitude.
All millionaires are grateful for everything that they have. Their friends and family, their health and spirituality, their business and their social life. Because without all of these they can never be truly wealthy.

Getting Pregnant Fast Myths and Falsehoods

Do you remember your high school sex education class? Do you remember how they kept pounding in the fact that you could get pregnant the very first time you had sex? Do you remember how they kept telling you that if you did not use birth control you would get pregnant? And we believed these getting pregnant fast myths and falsehoods.
In our younger years we are conditioned to believe it was easy to get pregnant if we were not careful. We managed to escape our younger years without getting pregnant, we finish our collage education, we started a career, and now at the age of about twenty-eight or so, we are married and trying to start a family.
Does this sound familiar so far? OK so now you have been trying to get pregnant for the past five or six months to no avail. Up until now you probably did not give much thought to getting pregnant since it was constantly drilled into your head in high school, it would happen, every time you had unprotected sex.
Now in the later years you discover it is not as easy as they made it out to be back in high school, and are wondering if there is something wrong with you or your spouse. Chances are there is nothing wrong with either one of you, it just is not as easy as we were made to believe it is. Let us take a look at a few of these myths and falsehoods that we were led to believe.
  1. You will conceive as soon as you stop using hormonal birth control methods. This is not true it can take a month or more before they are completely out of your system, and even after that a healthy couple only has a one in four, chance of conceiving per cycle.
  2. Those that do not use hormonal birth control methods can conceive as soon as they start trying. Your body may better regulate itself because of not being influence by hormonal contraceptives however that alone does not mean you can conceive any easier. There are other factors that contribute to conception.
  3. If I do not conceive fast, I must have infertility problems because they told us in high school we could get pregnant every time we had unprotected sex. Yes it can be, infertility problems however, chances are if it is infertility, it has more to do with your lifestyles and dietary habits. Those two alone, can play a large role in infertility.
  4. If you have sex on the fourteenth day after your period, you will conceive! This would be true if we lived in a perfect world and you had a perfect cycle of twenty-eight day and a perfect body. That is a very old method that was based on a false assumption, newer methods use things such as body temperature to determine when you are ovulating.
We are brain washed at a young age to believe getting pregnant is fast and easy only to end up in our later years, after schooling and establishing a career, finding out that it really is not as easy as they led us to believe it was. Now, after months of trying we begin to think it is an infertility problem, again because how easy it was suppose to be, that is keeping us from conceiving, when in reality it may be as simple as changing our lifestyles and diet.

Financial Aid For Single Moms

Most of the people that qualify for financial aid from the government are people in need. They are often unemployed or they are working a full-time or part-time job but are inundated by their bills and are trying to take care of the family. Here are a few ways you can get funding if you are a single mom from the stimulus package.
Not too long ago, it was a very easy thing to do. Apply for financial aid regardless of what state you reside in, and get enough money to not only pay for college but also to pay for your room and board each and every year. This type of funding was stopped years ago because many people were living off of the system.
There are always people that are genuinely trying to finish a college education. Whether they are single moms or students that failed to do so years ago and are now trying to support a family, if their desire is to get their education completed, there is funding available.
Get Federal Stimulus Money
You can gain access to the money available through the stimulus package if you do the right things. This includes filling out the federal paperwork necessary to qualify you in the governmental system. This also gets you on the roster for all colleges that you may go to in order to show whether or not you deserve financial aid.
Assets Can Hurt You
The difficulty with most applicants is that they may have too many assets. They may own a home or their job may provide too much income in comparison with their monthly bills. Those that will qualify most easily are single mothers that are trying to raise a family and working a part-time job.
Get a Student Loan
In this case, their debt to earnings ratio is so exaggerated that they are able to qualify for most programs that pay for school. If this happens to be you, your best ticket to a new way of life courtesy of this administration is to pursue a college degree whether part-time or full-time, and have it paid for as you go along. If you do not qualify, you can always get a student loan.
Get Your College Degree Soon
The best way to meet the needs of your family is to work a job. The best way to prepare for their future is to get a college degree. With all of this government money waiting to be taken, the time to act is now.

Increase Your Chances Your Marketing Video Will Go Viral

YouTube is a great avenue to market your business through video and can be used with great with success. One reason for that is videos posted on YouTube also come up on organic searches right at the top on Google. Also YouTube has become one of the top search engines itself making it a key tool in your viral marketing campaign.
However, just putting your web video on there is no guarantee it will go viral! Of course, it would be wonderful to think, stealing a quote from the movie Field of Dreams, "if you build it, they will come" but that just isn't so these days.
YouTube has become so big, billions of videos are uploaded in one year from YouTube alone, that just putting up a channel and uploading your video, adding a few tags here and there, just isn't enough. So you have to put your marketing hat on and think of what your target audience is looking for - then you need to grab their attention!
As you plan your video and before you post it you need to make sure that your number one goal is to make your video very interesting AND short. Under 3 minutes is best. Although a majority of people will click off within the first 30 seconds, in the recent YouTube Report 2009 put out by Entertainment Media Research, 36% of people will watch a 3-minute video to its end IF they find it of value to them.
The good news is this doesn't mean you have to pull out of the stops and make it splashy, fancy or spend a lot of money. You can look at yourself and your own viewing habits for inspiration.
Think of what you like to watch. Videos that go viral are usually humorous, awe-inspiring, educational, entertaining, unique, evocative and yes, controversial. Incorporating one or more of these elements in your video will increase your chances of someone enjoying it, connecting with it and embedding it on their website or passing it on to share with others. Simply put, you have to make it interesting and engaging. If you are creating it for a specific target group, create it with their interests in mind.
There are no guarantees your video will go viral, but if you post a great video, you will maximize the chance that it will be widely seen and shared.
